Bubbles

We are a family owned store with a thirst for good food and coffee. Chris comes from Hong Kong and Shauna from New Zealand, with a family of two girls and one exuberant pug called Obi.  After eating (gai daan jai (鷄蛋仔) in Hong Kong we decided. if you can't get to Hong Kong we will bring Hong Kong to New Zealand.

The Hong Kong egg waffle (gai daan jai (鷄蛋仔) date's back to the 1950s.  The waffle has a crispy outside with )a light cake like texture on the inside.  Our waffles are made fresh each day using quality ingredients.  Bubbles has adapted the traditional egg waffle by adding ice cream, fresh fruit and a variety of other toppings and sauces.
